Caregiver Job Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Covid-19 Vaccinated
- Driver’s License and reliable vehicle to travel to multiple clients
- Ability to pass State Background Check
- Ability to pass Drug Test (Including Marijuana)
- Ability to obtain CPR Certification after hired
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance
- Ability to build rapport with Clients and family.
- A team player with excellent written verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in Caregiving or another related field preferred.
CNA Job Requirements
- Current OSBN CNA certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Eighteen years of age or older

- Previous experience in CNA1 or CNA2 or another related field preferred
Registered Nurse Job Requirements
Assessments, Reassessments, Delegations
- Collect patient health history
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
- Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate, updating careplans, medications, etc
- Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
- Direct and supervise nurses, Caregivers, CNA's
- Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes
- Auditing of charts, review incident and concern reports
- Monthly meetings, etc
